Albert Einstein, was born on this day in 1879. I would be foolish to go through this post and list all of the brilliant mans accomplishments. If you want that, you can see his page on Wikipedia.
Albert Einstein, saw the man-made limits of the world he lived in and pushed physics and science beyond those limits.
Einstein did his work and because of his work we have more efficient electrical power among many other things. With the discovery of the Higgs Boson particle the world finally has proof for and the key to Einsteins unified field theory. The only problem, or opportunity, is that the Higgs boson particle looks like almost all other particles.
CERN, the lab that brought us the Higgs Boson, is currently working on building a bigger faster collider, which will work on the sub atomic level. After the new improved collider is up maybe there will be the discovery of a particle which contains answers for the anomalies. Until the new atom is discovered Einsteinesque scientist will call upon the curious, inquisitive, and limit pushing attitude of Einstein, and create theories. So thanks for the great example and happy birthday Albert!
