Hello did that first line make any sense at all to you? It may have and if it did that is totally awesome, but as I was typing it I felt confused and overwhelmed. Let me help you with the first line.

Even adding the pipes there can still be some ambiguity. The power of the pause and punctuation. I have forever been an e e Cummings fan. His poetry is, for me a most excellent treat. I love reading the poems. What first attracted me to his work though, was his lack of good punctuation. I love how he played with the format of the poetry. Doing this is an art and tricky. The missing spaces make reading really confusing and hard. I am not sure about you, but when I read, or type, or write something down, I sometimes develop a sort of, inner monologue, or an internal dictation happens. I can hear what I am reading or writing. I know medicine may be needed, but when I see something that lacks spaces I get overwhelmed. The inner voices don’t know what to do and another level of complexity is added to my experience. I find my self experiencing some frustration and the usually enjoyable experience is not much fun at all.

Sometimes in life, we need spaces, or we need to pause. Quiet the mind, get away from the distractions and just be.

“You are where you need to be. Just take a deep breath.”

― Lana Parrilla

If you have children under the age of 10 you have heard stories. The stories are often told to you in quick anxious dialogue. You can see the excited child get more excited as he or she speaks to you. Sometimes the child may even stammer and stutter. We remind our children to “stop, relax and take a breath.” They know what they want to say and how to say. A deep breath and pause helps them focus.

Your life can get busy and you may feel yourself getting anxious. Stop take a breath and pause. You know what needs to happen and how to do it.
