Finite and Infinite

Everything I have known so far in my life has had a beginning and an end. In the websters dictionary definition for life we see the mention of death. See, everything I know has a beginning and an end? The beginning and the end are points used for measure and the beginning and end have no place when it comes to the infinite. The infinite has no beginning and no end it merely is.

We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.

– Martin Luther King, Jr.

The Dr. King understood the difference in finite and infinite. He knew what hope was and understood the power of hope. His hope was for equality, human rights and that the deceny of mankind would compel men and women to respect everyone. Dr. King knew that his hope was infinite and that the fissapointment of bigotry and hatred was finite. Dr. King knew as we also do that good is the infinite force and that good will outlast and overpower evil always. Not sure what you are doing but if you must choose between good and evil and want to be on the side of infinity. I encourage you to choose good. Doing good can be hard but it is more incite than the vastness of the oceans, more powerful than the sun and is just the right thing. Be good to yourself and everyone else today and enjoy an infinite you.
