A mental exercise

I forgot the password for my work cell phone today. I tried a few times and my work phone quickly became a brick, as a reward for my forgetfulness I got, a free trip to the mobile office at work. I was there in the office with some frustrated users, that was when, I heard today’s blog title. 

The comment made me smile. Mental exercises are mentally stimulating tasks that help ward off mental illness. I love this concept for frustration at work and in life. Just think of it as a mental exercise and imagine how much better I am for this.  I am smiling now just typing this. Go ahead and let the tasks pile up when you face the tough stuff, know that it is all a mental exercise to make you better.
