Saturday afternoon, my girlfriend and I took 5 kids to the movie theater to watch Disney’ s newest Pixar, movie. Planes.  First let me say this.. Disney did it again. This movie was great! The kids watched the whole thing and didn’t say a word. I absolutely loved it. The movie was about a crop duster plane who wanted to fly and race with racing planes. He was told by many that he wasn’t made for that. He should stay at the farm and just do what he was made for. Of course he did not listen and went on to race. Don’t worry I will say no more. Do not want to be a spoiler for you.

I love an underdog story and I also love stories were men women and I guess now planes do more than they should.  I am a firm believer that, man can do anything. With time education hard work and some luck miracles happen everyday. I have seen men and women missing limbs walk and even run. People without vocal cords speak. Infertile women have babies.

I love magic. Doesn’t everyone. A beautiful woman is locked in a trunk disappears and reappears in the audience! Who wouldn’t love that? A rabbit is pulled out of an empty hat, coins snatched from behind children’s ears. Magic is really cool! I bought all the books learned the secret to as many magic tricks as I could and still I loved magic. By setting the stage and  executing the steps you can make magic happen.

Some people say this is why magic isn’t real. To them I say they had the wrong definition of magic. Doing something you were not meant to do, beating the odds. Those things are magic. All you have to do is set it up and execute the steps. Depending on your situation it may take a prosthetic or a hat with a false bottom, but the one thing it will take is a believe in your self. You can be more, do more and really are more!

Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.
